ok so i have a server and i try to add the ip to register it and claim it ..

this is my csgo server

when i add my info to add the server and claim it

its adds some one els server to my favs , and its some other server with my gaming ip so i carnt add mine . what should i do .

i did notice the last time i totaly wiped my server and reinstalled it gave me a new conection info ip as the one i had before this was difrent .. should reinstall it or can i add mine , there must be other clients with the same server provider using the same ip and port

Someone may well be using the same IP if this is a game hosting service, but not the same port.
You may wish to check your query port.
The server currently showing at the address you have provided is using query port 27015. Are you sure you are using the correct query port?

If you are certain about your IP:port assignment, then you need to contact your ISP/game host provider for help.

I've updated the query port to 27030.

Please note it will probably show offline frequently until you fully enable query:
