Hey, i cant claim my 7d2d server, its running and it also update the name when i changed it to GameTrackerClaimServer but it keep telling me i need to make sure its running i can find it ingame and also with the query port on steam and as i sayed its updating server name + players online with no problems i just cant claim

one of the following suggestions may help:

your server is currently offline
gametracker needs your server to be online before you can cmalim ownership
please restart your server and make sure it up before hitting claim server again

your server is firewalled
please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning

if you are still unable to claim your server, you can visit the gametracker.com forum to get additional help



and i dont really get that cuz there is no problem when i was adding the server or when it wants to scan the server for name change and players online.

I can see no obvious fault in your reasoning.
I got the same message when I attempted to claim it.

Have you actually tried restarting the server since the name change?
It's not reporting any player activity in the graph at the moment.

yes i have tryed to restart after name change thats the only way the name is going to change, and it also updates the name on the banner and show players online with no problems it just dont want me to claim and i need to change the location cuz its not located in italy... ther was no problems when i claimed all my other servers

the reason there is no player activity is cuz we just moved to a better server computer but i can connect with no problems bot ingame with the port 25000 and over steam with the query port 25001

The only thing I can think of is there is still a firewall problem. When you attempt to claim it, it comes from a different IP than what regularly scans the server.

The only other thing that stands out is that your server seems to have issues responding to the query when empty. When I attempt to scan it on HLSW (using 193.70.81.24:25000:25001), it doesn't respond for me. You might try claiming it when you have players online.
