I mean .. I changed my host company and I have a new ip ... I want to change my server rank which is 7 to the new ip address from the new host .. What is hard to understand this ?

In which case all that is needed, assuming the port numbers have not changed, is to go to the original gametracker server page and enter the dns name into the dns field an save.

There is no need to add the new server to gametracker.
The old server (on gametracker) becomes the new server (on gametracker), but does not lose the rank or player history.

So do I need to delete the new on from gametracker ? Coz i already added the new one to gametracker as well ...

If you have added a new page, it will be deleted when the old page picks up the dns IP change.
This may take a while as the dns is normally scanned once per day.
