Well, I guess since they never respond to Ideas/Requests this site is pretty much worthless. If they refuse to even answer and insist on NOT adding Synergy as a 'Game' I have no use for it anymore!

I have created my own Tracking and Stats interface for my game server which is much more accurate and up-to-date anyway.

While GameTracker cannot guarantee 100% of all games ever created will be added, any topic in that section is still open to consideration. If it was a "NO", it wouldn't be in that section. Different factors go into considering games, such as the query capabilities and number of interested users. In your case, for example, the Synergy request thread has 5 distinct requests after 2.5 years. Obviously, such little interest doesn't do much to increase the likelihood of it being added.
