I add my server 2 weeks ago everything was perfect but this morning it shows server down and could not scan the server

HLSW can not locate servers at those IP:port combinations.

That normally indicates that no servers are running there or that they cannot be reached on the internet.

but my servers are running...

I suggest that you contact the your server/environment provider.

Attempting to use DOS tracert to that IP address fails beyond the 'local' (to me) routers, indicating it is a general network (internet) routing or availability issue.

You may wish to to do a return tracert/ping to the gametracker scanning servers http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=108247 from your game server host environment.

Servers are automatically removed after extended downtime.
There is no way around this except to keep your server online to prevent it from being automatically removed. Please keep the servers online and resolve the outstanding problems with your firewall. Ports 27015 and 27016 need to be open and you cannot block the scanner IPs.
