sorry for disturbing... I'd like to ask how may I solved my issue... My problem is with Gametracker vs Cloudflare... When I take all my connnection to ts via CloudFlare (to protect my server from DDoS), my server is showing up like OFFLINE/DOWN in here... What am I supposted to do with it? Did anyone have the same issue? I use http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/ts.deffender.eu:9987/ URL for showing my server but when I took trafic TROUGHT CLOUDFLARE it will show "SERVER DOWN". I get another IP ofc when I take my traffic trought it but what should I do to let my server to be ONLINE here (for gametracker bots)? Register another server via new ip from cloudflare... but it wont work too, because you cant connect to ts with cloudflare ip, you need to use dns type of it "ts.deffender.eu"?.. GameTracker scans via IP. The DNS is only used to determine if the IP has changed (and for cosmetic reasons for some). If anything causes the IP to not respond to the protocol properly, it will show down.

So I can't disable for other users to see my regular ip in server list here? (ddos protection) I'd like to be here but I want to hide serverip. It looks like I should create server (here) with regular ip to let people see that there are many ppl but it will also allow them to use that ip for ddos... Well is there any chance to show them only dns type but keep regular ip for gametracker "bots/scripts"?

The IP is very easy to obtain from a host name.
I would imagine anyone able to make a reasonable ddos attack would know how to obtain the IP.

So that is why I'd like to use CloudFLare, to hide my ip... I'd like to make it as hard as I can to reach the ip... It is not that simple if you are using CloudFlare. You should know that, you are using it here.

I am a moderator, not a developer or core system administrator.
Clouflare is way beyond my 'pay grade' (pay?? ) for me to be directly involved in it.

Are the Gametracker scan servers whitelisted somehow with Cloudflare?

That's okay, I didn't take it as offensive.

I've noticed that when CloudFlare is active on Gametracker that it only affects the loading/refreshing of the first page, which would likely be enough to stop the scanner bot from joining.

Then the scanner bot doesn't try to load again for 5-10 minutes, that might be all the delay it needs for CloudFlare to enforce another wait/check period, again stopping the scanner, and eventually causing the server to appear to be down.

I think your solution would be to ask CloudFlare for a whitelisting of the IPs in that link if it's possible.

Well I put all IPs to whitelist on CloudFlare and I'll try to use CF DDoS protection and ten I'll check if server is down or not. :/
