That's not really enough to go on.
What game type? What server IP:port What 'guy'? How do we know it's yours? You haven't been a member long enough to claim it yourself (7 day waiting period), so why would you change the name to allow someone else to claim it? I am a community user. You are more than welcome to claim your server (after the 7 day waiting period) if you are now the server owner.
Please refrain from harassing previous owners.
