The connection port, and if appropriate the query port, like the IP address are entered when adding the server.
A default is normally provided, but this must be modified if it does not match your requirements.

It is not possible to modify the IP or join port of a registered server.

I suggest that you first take ownership of your server;

And then you may delete the server page from Gametracker;

And then add the server back with the correct join port and query port;

While in the configuration of my server the port is 7779 and queryport 27016
