so this has happened twice already. I have added my server to game tracker and gotten it up and pretty much running. every night I shut it down to prevent people from going onto it wile the staff are not available to be on it and when I come back it is removed from game tracker. I'd like to know why this keeps happening and for some sort of solution to this

Servers are automatically removed after extended downtime. If the server was recently added, that amount of time can be relatively short. To answer the question on how to solve it, you would want to keep the server online more often. There is no feature to disable auto-deletion after extended downtime.

what about if the server is claimed? does that have any effect on it aswell? if so then I'm simply going to wait a week before re-adding it. if the issue persists I'll just move to elsewhere

Claiming doesn't make a difference to my knowledge.
If anything changes where you can have reasonable amounts of uptime for your server, you're welcome to come back to GameTracker.

guess I'll look for bringing in staff who are in a time zone on the other side of the world so I have somebody on and able to keep watch over users.
