Hello! I just added my server and I can't modify some informations about it, can't claim it either. Can someone help me please ? I just want to delete it or to claim it so I could do the necessary modifications.

I understand this but I can't modify the necessary things in order to change the name of the server and than to claim it. If someone could delete it for me it would be great. It would help me a lot if an Admin could delete it, If they need any proofs I can provide them.

If you are referring to the server in your favorites, it is not reporting a server name. Sometimes this is due to an incorrect query port - is 25564 correct? It looks like you may be using Bungeecord. Bungeecord has been known to cause some problems with the query response for some servers.

Yes sir, that's the problem with the port I've introduced the wrong port and I want the server to be deleted since I can't claim it or if you could help me claim it but deleting it would be an easier way and I could add it again with the right ports.

I am the Owner of the server, I can provide proofs that I'm the owner of the server. I've tried to add my server on gametracker list but I wrote by mistake the wrong port that's why I'm asking for it to be deleted. I can't claim it either; I've read what i have to do but it's complicated for me and deleting the server it's my only option. Please help me

If you either
1) shut down the server; OR
2) block gametracker query servers (using you firewall)

Then your server will show as 'Dead' on Gametracker and it will allow you to alter query port here;

Then restart your server and press 'Update Scanning Parameters'

I would select shutting down the server.
It's likely to take you less than 1/2 hour to resolve the issue in that case.

So what's the correct query port? You've not stated.
