THIS SERVER CANNOT BE SCANNED
BrutalCS.nu Duels #09 [D2/Mir/Cach][128 Tick]
duels8.brutalcs.nu:27015
178.236.67.6:27015

There are no firewall, settings are correct and I have players on it. No idea what the problem is.

Your network is blocking one or more of the following IPs:

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
208.167.241.183
208.167.241.189
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

Please review, resolve, then try again.

@gurgle528 - I just attempted to query your servers 149.56.28.95:27005 and 149.56.28.95:27010 and they are not responding. Please review your firewall to ensure TCP/UDP ports are open and reload your rules - or temporarily disable the firewall for a couple minutes to see if it works.

Youre saying problem is on my end, Im saying its on your end (not scanning maybe but in the DB). Cant really add anything more. So im good.

Your server is still failing to add because of a scanning issue.
The scan is completed first before there is an attempt to add the server to the database.
A database issue would only manifest in the case that a scan completed successfully.

The server has been added before without a problem. I changed the DNS and then it started to fail the scan showing 0/0 players. Then I removed the server so I could re-add it and I couldnt because it failes to "scan" it.

Did you atleast check if you find anything on these in the DB?:

duels8.brutalcs.nu
duels9.brutalcs.nu
178.236.67.6

The server was working FINE until I changed the DNS on the settings page. That means the problem is most likely NOT on my end.

I dont know if this is possible for you but can you add the server manually and force scanning the server above from the same IP that scans this server: 178.236.67.11 (its the exact same network and machine).

The server database is publicly searchable here:

http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

I do not have a feature on the site to manually insert a server, which wouldn't help anyway if your server will not respond to the query.

To the DNS question, it would only affect it if the IP the DNS resolved to changed. GameTracker doesn't query the server directly by DNS.

I'm sorry that our previous recommendations did not help. I hope you are able to find the issue on your end. We really can't do much else on our end as we have repeatedly reviewed this for you.
