Actually guys are putting fake bots in our server:

the guy named fransiz is actually cihandmr or someting which got banned before, he also got a new account named : elhadron2 and putted his server back up in this account, he is trying to get up by putting bots into other servers and letting them banned, We've closed the subscribe power of the server yesterday so gametracker scanner cannot see the fake bots and they will not be counted as players. since gametracker scanner only counts only the users they see. im requesting an unban, also this topic is not for being unbanned its just a report for whats going on and it needs to be fixed. Thankyou gametracker community.

The bug is; the view of the room is closed, so gametracker scanner cannot see that room neither the fake bots. so since its closed theres no reason to ban us for fake bots. like even if weself putted the bots inside it will not affect our playercount in gametracker, im talking about this problem.

That's not a bug.
You were justly de-ranked.
You've made your application for re-ranking, I should leave the matter there if I were you.

For further clarification;
The term 'bug' is used when Gametracker is not performing according to Gametracker development/management team specifications or expectations.
Gametracker was performing it's scanning duties correctly at the time of the ban, therefore there is no 'bug'.

That you have subsequently better secured your server is a positive step and will hopefully assist you in being ranked again.
