Hi, I have a problem with my CS:GO servers. They are all on one machine and everything was fine until yesterday (~3PM CEST). They were alive, players were playing etc. etc., but now... it seems to be dead although everyone can connect to the servers from CS:GO console ('connect IP:port').
Some players have noticed that they lost our servers from favourites, what is strange, because Steam API can easily connect to my servers (http://api.steampowered.com/ISteamApps/GetServersAtAddress/v0001?addr=185.140.120.115:27015 - for rest of the servers just change the port to 27016-27019). Even my forum connect correctly to my servers (HLStatsX, SB++, Server List). I can confirm that configuration on the server side is good, because earlier everything works. I didn't do anything, so I don't have a clue what happened. I even tried to restart my machine and... puff, nothing. Every server is on the same IP (185.140.120.115) with port from 27015 to 27019. One of them: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.140.120.115:27019/ P.S. Sorry, if something isn't understandable. English isn't my native language and I'm still learning. |

(sorry, my Polish is far worse/less than your English, which is good so far ![]() I can not see any servers on that IP between 27015 and 27019 using HLSW. If HLSW can't scan your server then Gametracker won't either. General connection/scanning issues https://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=108248 CS:GO configuration settings advice https://www.gametracker.com/games/csgo/forum.php?thread=91691 Usually if a server/servers have been scanning well for a while, the problem will be with a change to the machine / operating system / firewall or a change to the game server configuration such as adding a plugin / mod. AFAIK, server configuration is good (when I type f.e. host_info_show in console, i'm getting '1' in return). I didn't change anything on servers since last CS:GO pistol update (18.08.2017).
I'll check one more time Step 3 from first link. Maybe my 'provider' (if company sharing dedicated servers can be called provider) did something with network stability/connection. It seems that problem isn't stricte with servers or gametracker, but with the whole machine. Thanks for reply, You can close this topic ![]() @EDIT: My provider said that yesterday someone attacked my server (DDoS) and - after attack - their system didn't change routing to old, good version. Need to check within 2 hours, if problem's solved. Btw. My servers aren't even popular (like 1 year ago, ofc, one of them was TOP 1 in Poland for a long time), so why someone is attacking me? ![]()

I just noticed all of your servers come alive in HLSW and I see they are online with Gametracker too.
Glad it worked out. quatzo wrote: Apparently it happens a lot in the CS world. There is no explaining the criminal mind. And make no mistake, ddos is a criminal act. But that doesn't stop the 'script kiddies' from trying to gain some advantage by it. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
