WHen a player's status (in Counter-Strike 1.6) is " Last Seen: Online Now"
why I can't see in which exact server is he located ?

It is supposed to show above; "Playing on (server name)"

Obviously if the player is online; he's active in the same server...

BUT I have another question: I KNOW for certain that he played in the above server yesterday ( 93.123.18.46:27015 ), but I do not see this server in the servers list in his page:

why ?
In order for the player to show up there ( https://www.gametracker.com/player/ISIS/ ); the player needs to score above 250 points and must play in the server for about 2 hours.

That player did not have historical data above 250 score & 2 hours; hence the respective servers with historical data below the specified where the player has played on - will not show up.

This message below the list simply summarizes everything;
- This page is updated daily. Only servers where the player has scored 250 points and played at least 2 hours will be displayed.
