I am trying to update my profile picture to something else. When it says that it is "pending approval" it just reverts back to the old profile picture that I currently have. I don't understand why this is happening. There is nothing bad about the image that I am trying to use. :/
It also meets the required specs for format and file size as well. Edit: I also noticed that I cannot update my gametracker team profile image either. |

From what I've seen; when uploading a profile avatar / team page logo - it reverts back to the original image when you upload an image over a preexisting one.
Usually, the image that you've uploaded, will appear after some time - about an hour or so. |

This site has always been scuffed on profile pictures, at least for me. Every time I set a photo it goes through "approval" then once it's through approval, I am able to see it. BUT, after a while it gets removed from my account and it goes back to the "No Icon" profile picture. Sometimes I submit a profile picture and it never gets approved even though there is nothing wrong with it. Oh well, I guess. I just set this profile picture last night, we'll see how long it lasts before it gets removed as well. |

It sounds like the profile picture approval process might be stuck or delayed. Try clearing your browser cache and logging out/in again.
