When i went on my game tracker i saw that someone had already created one for my server and i can't claim ownership of it... Anything you could do to help? the link is: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/51.255.142.248:27075/

Firstly, no one has claimed the server page in your link.
It would be impossible unless they had access to change the server name on the game server itself.
The server in your favourites list is a different server.
