but sever have some people online.
and when click update scanning with not chang anything,the sever info will be change to alive,but it will still show DEAD after a while.
i use steam severbrowser i can see the sever alive.

I have just attempted to 'see' your server using HLSW. It is occasionally experiencing extended periods of ping time-out.

This indicates a temporary lack of service between your server host and the Gametracker scanning servers.

If you are hosting this on a local Windows machine, it is possible that your home network capacity is limited or that other uses may be conflicting.

As Gametracker is able to scan your server much of the time, and is successfully scanning many thousands of other servers, I am afraid you must look for a solution 'closer to home'
