last week,me and my friend bought a server but unfortunately this server is banned from gametracker ranking.server is still under the ownership of its former owner,i tried many times to claim the ownership of the server but it didnt work, what should i do to get my server unbanned and get the ownership?

Current owner claims to be: UK.
Server allegedly located: New Zealand
Actual location: Romania
New owner: Moroccan

What do really think the chances of having this server allowed back into the rankings really are?

Clearly you consider the admins and moderators of Gamtracker to be more stupid than a pencil of subnormal intelligence.

I will add, in all fairness, if you have purchased this server with hopes of having it ranked, then you have made a very poor bargain.

i didnt know that it was banned untill the moment i bought it,the server price was negotiable,i dont have much experience with these stuff.when i wanted to add server on gametracker they said the server is already added.that was a shock and i couldnt even claim it because when i change the name of the server.it goes offline and do not go online anymore.the server can stay online only with this HIGHlifezm name .i bought this server from a romanian forum .

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you with the server name change that is a requirement for taking ownership.

It may be worth noting that the server name need only contain the name 'GametrackerClaimServer'.
'HighLifeZM.CsBlackDevil.Com [GameTrackerClaimServer]' would be acceptable - assuming that name isn't too long.

If purchasing / renting a server that you wish to have listed on Gametracker, it is advisable that you confirm that the server is already listed and not de-ranked.

If it is not listed, it is possible to add the server using the IP:port. In the case of a banned IP or banned IP:port you will be given a message to tell you this when attempting to add it.

I would further suggest that purchasing any server that is de-ranked on or banned from Gametracker, to be a very poor investment if being listed here is of importance to you.

IP bans are permanent. No amount of appeals will allow them to be re-instated.
IP:port bans are rarely lifted.
For both IP and IP:port bans: There is always a good reason why such an extreme step has been taken.

De-ranked servers are rarely allowed to rejoin the rankings, but it depends entirely on the offence and the history of the server. For multiple offences these often remain permanent.

In the case of a server that can not be located using the search link, the option to add a server (to test for a ban) is on the same page.
