My server: click, it was reported that I would use fake players, is a lie and I would very much ask you to activate my rank to the server. Of course I'm aware of the new regulation that forbids fake players or boosting, which I have on the server are loyal and well-known players who when we all have time, we play a cs 1.6, and I would like to activate my rank because it is not right that I do not breach the rule to be punished for nothing. Please correct this problem.

Just be be absolutely clear,

It was not a "lie".
On the 11-Jan your server IP and port were recognised as being actively boosted.
You should take care in your accusations.

Honesty will help you.
