I use this comand for port:

Hi ekoland,
I saw your server as online in GameTracker after you made this report. But now it's down again for some reason on your end. Maybe your server network is highly unstable or flooded which makes it harder for the GameTracker queries to reach.

I'm not an expert in this but if your server is still actually running, I would suggest you to flush all IP table rules in your linux os and reboot the machine, and then launch HLDS again using the same IP:PORT.
