Hi,
I completely understand that what you are trying to do is extremely taxing,
time consuming and hard.
But please consider that it is also "covered with a veil of darkness".
It would do the community a great deal of good if there was at least some transparency.

Please consider introducing some warning measures,
like sending a message to the server owners,
and giving them some time to respond why there was a deviation from the rules.
Say, about 24 hours?
Also, deranking servers would carry much more weight if you provided at least some proof in the form of logs, screenshots, etc.

But most importantly there is a serious over site in your rules considering Boost.
Example:
I call 4-5 of my friends and we collectively boost random servers from Top20 few times a day.
In a few days those servers would be punished for boosting.
In that way couple of us practically paid for deranking of targeted server/s.

Not GT's problem that anyone is hosting non-steam servers. Steam only servers don't have boosting problems. So it's a 'win-win' situation for GT, so good luck bois and girls.

There are some cs 1.6 Steam only servers but they are empty or offline.
So we can safely say that there are no "steam only" servers.

I also noticed that good servers get deranked,
but those that are clearly using boost service are not.

So in the space of one month you believe you understand better how to manage the site than the people who have been doing so for more than a decade.
A good dose of humility is advisable.

As for accusing admins/moderators of witch hunts, that is simply ignoring the facts, many of which you will clearly be unaware of, to suit your own experience.
Correlation does not necessarily equal causation.
In any case, there is absolutely no justification for the claim.
Of what benefit is there to this site in banning servers?
The whole point is to have as many registered and ranking servers as possible.
But we also have to provide the best level of fairness to the rankings that we can.
The decision as to what constitutes 'fair' is entirely at the discretion of the owners.

Every abuse report, and every request for re-ranking is independently investigated by an administrator.
There are hundreds of reports every week, most of them false, but they must still be investigated.
There is quite simply not enough time to deal with things as you suggest. For one thing, everyone argues and that requires several messages - even more time.

The current system has evolved over a decade of hands-on experience to allow us to manage the 110,000+ servers and 100s of weekly complaints as efficiently as possible, to the benefit of the majority of users.

There are currently no plans to change the rules or the system of administration.
There are however constant efforts to improve and automate the methods of violations detection.
