basically I run 4 servers off of a single IP atm and 3 of them I claimed perfectly fine. however the 4th doesn't seem to want to let me claim it even tho the name was set to GameTrackerClaimServer. all the correct info was given, no network ports being blocked or anything like that, server is up and online as normal. it simply won't claim. is there any way since I can prove that these other 3 are claimed by me to get the 4th manually claimed to my account?

We do not assign server owners.
If you are having a problem with claiming your server, then either - there is a problem with the server or; - you have made an error somewhere/how or; - there is a bug in the claim process. The last option being the least likely, but cannot be ruled out completely. Unfortunately "it simply won't claim" isn't sufficient information to allow an analysis. What error message did you receive, and at what point in the process? I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. all servers are on a single IP with different ports open, each one open to the public and able to join them as normal. I set server 1 2 and 3 to hostname "GameTrackerClaimServer" server 1 was claimed perfectly fine, server 2 was also claimed perfectly fine, server 3 however would not claim. the error I got was "we are unable to confirm that your server name is GameTrackerClaimServer" I tried multiple times verifying that there was no miss spellings, no network issues or any other issue on my end that would cause this sort of thing.
It would be much easier if you could just add it to me as the other 2 being successful is proof enough that I own all of them and they are all on the same machine which I can provide an invoice from my host aswell. Would make this sort of issue a no brainer to fix :/ also not as difficult to fix either. there is literally nothing that could be causing the issue what so ever with claiming this server on my end of things. |

It might be easier for you, but it is not physically possible for me to do it.
You have not confirmed that the server name change actually showed on the Gametracker server page. Often a server will not claim until the name is visibly changed. I am a community user. Will there be in the future? Seems a bit odd to not have one. makes things especially easy for your staff to easily solve issues in just a few clicks.

Or you could just wait for it to update.
If there is an issue with the server correctly reporting a name change when scanned 'normally', then no amount of 'forcing' will change that. It would be exactly the same scanning procedure used. It is very rare for correctly configured servers on good network connections to take more than 5-6 minutes (10 in the most extreme cases) to be scanned and record the temporary name change, at which point the ownership claim can be made.
