today my GSP changed my server Join port and Query Port to new ports, after server DIED in Gametracker i changed Query port, but i can not change join port. How i can do it without lose server players stats?

Try keeping your old server as it is in it's claimed state, then add a new server with your new join port and migrate player stats through old server manage page to your new server. Finally delete your old server if you wish.

You will have to start from the bottom of BF4 server ranking with your new server, but you will regain it soon enough.

I can not add server becasuee currrent server is used new Query port, and if i delete current server with incorrect Join port i loose Player stats data =(

Had you not changed the query port on your server page, you could have followed the guidelines in the Guides and FAQs section: How do I migrate player stats or rank between server pages?

You will have to speak to your server provider to ask them if there is anything they can do temporarily to help you make the change.
Such as reverting the query port for your current server page, until you have added the new server.
