Hello guys,

I've bought a server from a provider.
IP: 193.192.58.165:29104

It worked perfectly, but something happend to provider and his every server went off.
When every server came back gametracker says it cannot detect the server. Why?
I've talked with the provider and He said everything is fine on their side.
I tried to add the server again, but it says cannot scan it, but the server is up, and we can play on that server too.

Checked your server link and it was green and online for some reason. Clicked on the same link 10 seconds later and it was red offline. You have 4 servers in your favorites and 2 of them are not getting tracked properly. Both servers belong to 193.192.58.165 IP address. So you might be getting an idea about the root of the problem.
