Your server is not visible to HLSW (www.hlsw.net).
You must correct your firewall settings / server or game configuration.
You may have added a plugin that is preventing HLSW and Gametracker from scanning your server.

Whatever the issue is, you must assume the problem comes from your side (host server or game server) or internet connectivity.
