Hello,
i can not connect my Server.. i get the following error: GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER. One of the following suggestions may help you: Your server is currently offline. GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again. You entered the wrong query port. Please update your query port and hit scan again Your server is firewalled. Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses: 208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 208.167.241.183 208.167.241.189 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 My Server in online, has no firewall.. so what can i do? https://www.bf2hub.com/server/46.251.225.166:16670/ |

Moved: Not a Gametracker bug.
You have previously received the link to the best general advice available. With 150+ Battlefield 3 servers currently being scanned correctly, along with some 110,000 servers of other types, you must assume that the issue is with your machine / server configuration, or some network based issue. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with either of those. Are you certain you have specified the correct query port at both your server and when attempting to add it to Gametracker? One topic - one thread.
Please stick to this one. I have no idea how to locate your query port, but it will likely be set whatever passes for a server configuration file in Battlefield 2. Game documentation should provide the answer. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
