Hello!
Lately, our server's rank has decreased a lot. I can't explain this to myself towards the rank we had on the same graphics and traffic of players.
This is happening since the last time we had the "unknown" bug.

That's because there is a fake server attack going on behind the scenes. Each of these fake servers have about 25 average undetected bots and they all climbing up in the ranking list, therefore your server simply going down the rank.
