176.31.134.154:27016 wouldn't be defected can i have a solution pleease ?

I also have a problem with adding my server.
Whenever I'm trying to add IP or domain name it says that my server for cs 1.6 could not be scanned... Domain name must resolve to a static ip, but I don't know how to add a static ip.

mate as you can see i already added a server with port 27015 but other ports ain't detected idk why i even added the server on other game tracker site its working fine here there is an issue, and i need the solution please

A solution to what precisely? You have added a server, taken ownership and, it is being scanned.

i don't know why but in another gametracker site it scans my servers there is no issue, idk what is wrong here ? could try and tell me if there is anything wrong with my server?

You server can not be seen by HLSW (hlsw.net)
That pretty much means it doesn't exist on the internet.
