Ok, but i dont see the point of being directed to the forum to be honest then if staff cant actually help with issues.
So do you have any guides ect to map image format or requirements ?
And who can i speak to about the fact that my servers map image was changed by a rival server ? They mustve accessed my account somehow, which surely something should be done about.
If i cant get help on this and it resolved, im forced to use a different website because why would i want to advertise a rival server on my own server banners ?

Map images are global - not specific to a server.
On Gametracker, all servers will display the same image for the same map.

So no one has, as far as we know, accessed your account. That is irrelevant.

I believe this is the right spot to post this, if not, move it to the right direction

I have a customizable version of a popular CS:S that I ported to CS:GO (with the authorization of the owner, Pingo Tinto), in a 24/7 server located in Portugal, and I uploaded an image of that specific map version.

I decided to check about 1 hour ago and i found out that it was rejected (but unfornately, I don't know the reason), so, I want to know why it was, and if possible, some suggestions to get it accepted by the Gametracker's Staff.
