It gives me error message "the initial connection between cloudflare's network and the origin web server timed out. as a result, the web page can not be displayed". I think someone was hacking and using my IP for bad purpose. Can you please unban this is my IP 73.199.54.14, so I can connect to your website. I am not a hacker and I am creating new CS 1.6 server and I want everything to be clean. Thanks.

You can power-cycle your router to generate a IP or contact your ISP for assistance, depending on whether or not you have a static or dynamic IP.

Otherwise, your issue could be DNS related, and you'd need to clear your DNS cache or change your DNS settings via Windows [or whichever OS you're on].

Another explanation, is possible issues with your fire-wall, which can result in the time-out error.

P.S: Don't post your public IP adress on any user-forum.

its a temporary error it happens here too. Just patience and site will be okay. there is no one doing any bad to you using your IP Address, its just happens some times host does not respond and hence this timeout. Just do what robin3sk and there is nothing to worry.
