One of the Counter-Strike 1.6 servers admins are misguiding minors giving adminship in return for naked pictures and videos. If I could get any email or contact of game tracker officials to provide sufficient evidence and witnesses to ban the server out of game tracker that would be a great help for our young generation. Thanks

This has nothing to do with GameTracker, at all.
What happens outside of GameTracker is not arbitrated by GameTracker. Servers are only banned / deranked for these reasons. Since CS 1.6 is a Valve game, it is recommended that you report the user via their Steam profile page. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1476-HJCM-5616
