My sever doesn't show players ranks or names is this something I can fix at my end or is it just a matter of some time pasing an it will catch up its been like this since I claimed server

The only server in your profile is both off line and unclaimed.
Assuming that it has previously been on line;
- player ranks are not recorded for unclaimed servers
- players must be on the server, with an in game score, long enough to be scanned at least 2-3 times (4-12 minutes between scans)
