The E-mail you got is PM notifications, which you can disable within your account settings.

Yeah, blocking and tweaking notification settings usually helps, but it’s annoying that sites still get spam like this. I’ve gotten similar messages on a few game forums, not just here, so I’m careful not to click on any links or reply. It always feels like you have to be extra careful nowadays with these spammy DMs popping up out of nowhere. If you’re looking for legit online games without all the sketchy messages or links, kinky quests actually has a solid setup for adult games and you don’t even need to sign up. Much safer if you’re into that kind of stuff.
