I'm trying to add my server. However when I do it says server already exists, and it's not my server and a different game. I'm sure I have the correct info.
How do I get that server removed, so I can add my server? |

We do not remove servers

I tried to add my Ark server (192.154.224.187:27045) When I do, It tells me that the server is already exists in the database, and adds a 7 days to die server, with my IPs address and some weird name. I do not know anything about that server, and it's not my server. I've been trying to resolve this for a week.
How do I get my server in, when the database has my server IP associated wit some other server? What other information can I provide? Also I tried to claim the server, and noticed that the query port is very far from my port. Its like it's querying some other server and associating it to my server. Address: 192.154.224.187 Port: 27045 Query Port: 27000
