Hello, I have searched the forums about rules regarding the use of spectators as ''actual players'' in order to make the server appear as having more players in it. I didn't find as much information as I would like, therefore I would please like for a clarification.
If a server owner, modifies his server settings in such way that spectators are also detected by gametracker (this can be done in some games, for example UT99), is this against any gametracker rule? Can such a server be reported? Thank you. |

Yes you can report them for abuse. We are more lenient on idle spectators because owners cant always control how long spectators sit there idle.

Define 'pod bot'
Google has about 100 possible definitions. The most simple answer would be; If you put 10 'pod bots' on your server and the Gametracker server page reports you have "Current Bots: 10" than that is allowed. If the Gametracker server page does not report any bots then that is Not allowed. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
