A few hours ago I bought a TeamSpeak3 server and tried to add it to GameTracker and my IP is banned, how could I get my money taken out?
The IP is: 89.40.233.168:9987

Your money/rental fee is nothing to do with Gametracker

I meant that the server is new and is banned without being added to this platform.

some times your team speak provider can change IP for free if you give them a reason and they shall help you.

I talked to him, and he told me that that IP address had not been used for 2 years and normally after 6 months the ban is removed and he told me to make a topic to ask for my ban to be removed for that he has no other ip available to offer me.

submit appeal here for unban. But suppose your appeal is not successfull then get new ip address and live with it as per the guidelines from gametracker.

There is, to my knowledge, no such policy at Gametracker.
Indeed, some actual bans and derankings are absolutely permanent.

I understand, and I can't get the ban removed? because I'm not to blame for what happened in the past ...

get a vps and a license easier that way and cheaper.
