we had a troller on one of the server pages, he kept spamming lies about the server in the message board because he didn't like the gametype.'i think he wrote like 50+ messages on the page'
and yesterday the server was randomly banned/removed from gametracker.
now i want to know if you guys are keeping watch on trollers that go around creating new accounts to report servers that they don't like or spam the message board, and can we protect against them?

keep in mind those trollers are usually aimbot/wallers that were kicked or banned from the server for ruining the game for everyone, and as retaliation, they try to use other means to harm the server.

I assure you there was nothing "random" about permanently suspending 9 user accounts and permanently banning three servers.
The admin was very clear in his reasoning.

Hello, we understand the rules and that it is not allowed to spam on the forums, but at least can we get some evidence or some kind of proof as to why the decision of suspending 3 ROK servers on Gametracker was taken? Because it surely is a serious one that took some thinking.

We can't control 100% of what happens and is being commented on the server boards, especially when someone banned from the actual servers in the game takes it personal and goes out seeking revenge here on Gametracker (and on other social media as well), with at least 6 out of the 9 accounts you suspended belonging to him, one and the same person.

We would like to take the appropriate actions on our end too, and find the guilty, but we don't know where to start from here with all this silence, so we would very much appreciate any kind of evidence like forementioned.
