Hello I have a problem with the rank ... we moved to another host company I tried to transfer the rank from the old server to the new one but I encountered a problem ... the new server was deleted and rank the of the new server arrived on the old server ... which was rank 260 .... if possible i want the old server rank on my new server... it doesn't seem right to me what happened .. please ...solve it

You cannot 'transfer' rank.
You may only transfer player statistics.

To 'move' to a new IP address while *retaining* rank, you should update the original server to use the dns name on its *current* IP address.
After 12-24 hours (usually less) you may then update the dns name to 'point' to the new IP address.
Again, you may have to wait 12-24 hours for this process to be complete.

Note 1: both waiting periods are generally shorter than stated. These are maximum times previously seen.

Note 2: There is absolutely no need to add the new server if you follow my recommendations above.

what I meant is that I wanted to update the old server dns that was rank 260 to the new one but they reversed and I lost rank now the old one is rank 1500 and the new one 6000... because it was delted

Rank is 'earned' over time, not assigned.
There is no means to assign or restore rank.

If your server remains as popular as before it will achieve something close to its previous rank within 4-7 days.
If it does not remain as popular, then it would have lost rank in any case.
