TF2 Wrong server showing

I recently tired to add my server on GameTracker so I put in the IP, port and the game (TF2) and it came up with someone else's server so I was just wondering if there is there any way to change it to my server. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Moved: Not a Gametracker bug.

It is physically impossible for two game servers to share the same IP and port on the internet.

I found a other GameTracker like website tsarvar.com/servers/team-fortress-2/185.38.150.28:27035 Which is showing my server and GameTracker is Showing this server gametracker.com/server_info/185.38.150.28:27035 which is not my server.
If you can help it would be appreciated but GameTracker is not showing the right server.

If you really believe that there are two servers with the same IP and port then you need to contact your ISP or server host to correct it.

It certainly has nothing to do with Gametracker.
