Hi Mods / Support team,

GT has not been able to scan my game server for a day now. It's vert strange because GT has been working well with my current settings until yesterday.
I of course tried troubleshoot the issue myself by restarting server multiple times, checked firewall setting etc but still no luck.
Everytime i clicked the "Update Scanning Parameters" button the website would just give me "could not scan server" error.
Other than that, HLSW is able to detect my server.


I dont want my 2-year server data to be deleted due to not being "scannable"

Any help would be very appreciated!

it might be that firewall is blocking the IP that GT uses to scan your server.

at regular interval the GT scans and check if server is online/offline .

If your host has a network firewall . you could add the ipv4 to allow all the mentioned IP in above thread and then save setting.

This way you make sure that GT scanner IP's are allowed and whitelisted.
