How do I claim my server?

I can't claim it because it asks me to change the server name
and it seems that it is not reading it because my server is called

and here in gametracker it says comunidad cheap and cheats

I mean, no matter how much I change the name of my server to gametrackerclaim.....

gametracker keep saying comunidad cheap and cheats
