They have not broken any rules.
A member may choose any name that is not currently in use or suspended providing GT does not deem it to be offensive.
A member may adopt any avatar image they wish providing GT does not deem it to be offensive.

If you are the legal copyright owner of your avatar image, you are welcome to have your lawyers contact the other member's lawyers.

i understand
everything he does is visible, but you just don't want to notice it
