https://www.gametracker.com/jenzzz/ somebody changed the location of my server and turned ranking off for it as well. i cant login to my account with the password that i always used and i cant use the recover password option because it tells me my email is wrong. i Already in the past received emails from gametracker like for example when i created the account. I find it very dumb that somebody apparently can change the accounts password or even the email that its associated to without needing any emails for verification first. The email itself does not seem to have been leaked since its only gametracker where this happened to me. I even was able to create this account just using my same email like always. Please do something appropiate like sending an email to the account that my jenzzz account always had used. In case its switched to something else somebody somehow managed to hijack the gametracker account. Please send a email so i can recover my jenzzz accounts password. Its the email that i used to sign up with on gametracker to begin with. |

Further notice: i also simply cant claim my servers with this new account because it says my account has to be 10 days old before claiming is possible.
If i just could claim them right away i would not had bothered with this thread but i am stuck with not being able to recover my account by email. Again it seems pretty dumb that somebody can hijack the account by changing password or email without even any verification email actually ending on my end. |

If you own the email to the account you simply use the 'RECOVER PASSWORD' link https://www.gametracker.com/account/forgot_password/

You literally did not read my post.
i used 'RECOVER PASSWORD' and it told me that the email was not authorized or not a real account. I checked 50 times that it was spelled correctly. i still have all the emails from when the jenzzz account signed up on gametracker originally. I then used 'RECOVER PASSOWRD' with this new account using the exact same email address like the 50 other times that were for my actual jenzzz account and on this one it just works as expected. I literally managed to sign up this account with the same email that my old account was using and now its just sending the verification emails for this jenzzzz account instead of the jenzzz account. just to make sure you understand: I TRIED 'RECOVER PASSWORD' MULTIPLE TIMES USING THE EXACT SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS SIGNED UP WITH AND IT SIMPLY TOLD ME THAT ITS WAS NOT A REAL ACCOUNT OR NOT AUTHORIZED. I HAVE STILL ALL EMAILS IN MY EMAIL THAT EVER GOT SEND BY GAMETRACKER BECAUSE OF MY GAMETRACKER ACCOUNT. 19. sep. 2013 22:19 this was when i received the email from gametracker for signing the jenzz account originally up. I still have the activation code from that.

I literally did read your post.
There is only one way someone could change your account password and email address, and that is to know the user name and password to your Gametracker account. This is not something the system can protect you from. I will make the administrator aware of this thread and it will likely be investigated if there is sufficient history available. It baffles me that this is even possible.
How does a website not have any verification for changing crucial account details, such as email or password? Anyway, we've reclaimed the server but unfortunately the original server details and rank have vanished. ![]() |
