private server usually I have is targeted by ddos attacks and gametracker I'm guessing has been the source where they get it from. I use gameservers.com which just automatically adds any server to gametracker so I can't really do anything about it. I tried claiming and removing it but says it cannot be deleted due to its source type.

Your only recourse is to speak to gameservers.com
They set policy at that level across both sites.
