Somehow this server cannot be displayed or amended:

This server https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/68.129.226.42:2316/ is using query port 2302

It is not possible to modify the server page query port.

We host many servers on IP:68.129.226.42

The only difference of each server is the Port Number.

For some unknown reason the server (on this IP) using Port: 2302 is reported as being in Gametraker Database, but cannot be listed, added or removed.

So I'm suspecting this is a Bug?

Please note:
The Server you listed is hosted on Port:2316

Moved: Not a Gametracker bug.

Take ownership of the problematic server page, delete it and add it back correctly with both ports set to 2316.

Then you may add the server with port 2302.

THE PROBLEM SERVER IS:

(Note: this server is Port: 2302)


Adding the Server:

ADD A SERVER
Game Type: Halo
IP or Domain Name: 68.129.226.42
Join Port: 2302

Results in:
"A server with this ip/query_port already exists in the GameTracker database."

So it can't be added.


Since we already have many other servers correctly listed on the same IP: 68.129.226.42 (each with a different Port Number), HOW is the server at Port: 2316 the problem?

The server with join port 2316 is using the query port 2302

You must remove this server in order to free up the 2302 port.

We can check our end that the server is correctly hosted on Port: 2316

Is it not possible your end to remove (or change) the Query Port to Query Port: 2316, since all our others servers Query Ports are set to the same Hosted Port... You say this is not a bug, but HOW did the server get set on Query Port: 2302, since when adding a Halo Server only the Port Number can be added?

I certainly was unaware (or forgotten) of the Server Manage Option, although it's possible that there may be other of our team members who are more up to date about this feature than myself, and I will make further enquiries.

We simply use the Gametracker Server Banners to display server information on our Website.

May I also take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the excellent service Gametracker provides.

To my knowledged, the majority of our servers have not been "claimed", and so therefore, are very unlikely to have been "managed" via the Gametracker Server Manage Page, although I cannot say for sure that this has never been done. Our Servers run 24/7 with minimum downtime, are rarely stopped, and many have been in constant operation for well over a decade, with some now getting on for almost 2 decades of almost near on uptime.

If the only way to resolve this issue is to "claim" this server, then we shall do this, and obviously there are many periods of time available to do this, when the server is unpopulated with players, and I will arrange with my fellow NYC Server Host to get this done asap.
