93.113.57.76:27015 players do not appear gametracker in any way so top15 does not work

1. The server must be claimed - that has only happened quite recently
2. Players must have a score for their score / rank to be recorded
(players with no score are not recorded)
3. Players must be online long enough for the GT scanners to record them having a score. Typically this is 4-10 minutes.

If you observe more popular servers, those with a registered owner, you will see that top 15 is indeed working.
For example, look at the server page for that server owner's other (more popular) server. You will see that player histories and top 15 is being recorded.
