It's still not working, the last scanned counter continues incrementing.

The live player list updates, but the last scanned function doesn't work, which I believe breaks the server stats.

I do not believe that is the issue or your immediate issue if referring to your TS3 server.
There are no current server scanning issues as in servers not being scanned. I have confirmed this by checking a large number of servers across multiple games and TS3.

I can also confirm that the servers I am checking, that have players, are recording player stats where appropriate.

We are not absolutely certain the the issue with player stats is totally resolved but we believe it may be at this stage.

If you are having general scanning issues I suggest: My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do?

Thank you for your suggestion. I've already gone through the recommended steps, but unfortunately the server still isn’t being scanned as expected.

Here’s a summary of what I’ve tried so far:

Verified that the guest group has all the required permissions.

Confirmed that all GameTracker-related IPs are correctly whitelisted.

Performed a clean install of the TS3 server with the firewall disabled and DMZ enabled for the host machine. I also tried using non-default ports.

Tested with a fresh TS3 server install on a different device and network (a friend’s PC in another town), that server is offline now, but the status in GameTracker remains as Alive, and the last scanned counter keeps incrementing.

Monitored traffic using tcpdump on port 10011. Queries from GameTracker only appear when I manually refresh the server page on GameTracker, and only occasionally does this update the live player list. However, this does not reset the "Last Scanned" counter.

When the live list isn't updated, no queries are received at all on the server, suggesting that GameTracker may not be sending regular status checks to the server.

Other TS3 server listing websites can scan and display the server without any issues.

Given that you’ve confirmed other servers are being scanned, I wonder if this issue might only affect newly added servers on GameTracker?

I added a test server recently to Gametracker.
It was also having issues with recording player statistics last week.
A message from an admin suggested that the issue may be resolved and;

Today it picked up and recorded stats for the test player.

To confirm the results for newly added servers;

I deleted the server from GT.

Restarted the physical server, added to GT, claimed, renamed to original, added a player.

Player history is again being recorded.

There will be no benefit to deleting and re-adding your server.
I did this purely as a test on a server I will soon delete.
