It is highly probable that the reason you do not know why you server has been deranked is because you clearly have not read the rules.
Had you read the rules (links provided in the top post in this thread and in my post which you posted immediately below); you would know at least two things; You are expected to know the rules sufficiently well that you will be able to determine your mistake for yourself.

You would also know NOT to double post in this thread or elsewhere in these forums (which you have now done twice).
