Hello, i have just bought this server from the hosting company neoserver, as soon as i added it to gametracker i saw that the server is banned on ranking. I ask the ban to be lifted since i did not disobey any rules, thank you.

Since then, I have made all the necessary changes:
- Removed any plugins that could simulate fake players.
- Only standard bots are used now, and they automatically leave when real players join.

I am the owner of this server. I kindly request a review of our case. The server was recently banned for "fake players", but I want to make it clear that we do not intentionally use idle/fake players or bots to manipulate rankings.
