We hope you are all doing well. The reason for this request is due to the derank of our PUB server, which we recently had the pleasure of reopening.

We want to emphasize that we have not used bots to attempt to cheat the ranking system or violate GameTracker rules. We used bots exclusively for testing purposes and the server was in a closed development phase, not open to the public, now is fully operational, compliant with all GameTracker rules, and has no idle or fake players. Now that the server is open to everyone, it has an AFK Kicker system in place to prevent idle clients, and our staff ensures that this rule is always enforced. Whenever there are players in the server, they are all real people.

Our entire staff and scripters has put great effort, dedication, and passion into reopening the server for our community. That is why we kindly request to have the ranking restored for our server. We have been an active community for a long time, and the strategies we use to maintain and attract players are honest and transparent. We are fully aware of the GameTracker rules and are committed to continuing to comply with them.

We are Türkiye's largest CS 1.6 community server. Our second IP address is being denigrated on all forums by people who want us to grow and are jealous of us.

We were very surprised to see our second IP address banned today. We never, ever host BOT players on our server. Furthermore, we do not actively host any players we call AFK, who have no score.

We kindly request your assistance in reconsidering this decision and reinstating our rankings.

Hi! I don't know why my server got banned, but I don't use more spectator bots than allowed. All players are real people, except for a few bots in the spectator team. And yes, we have an AFK protection system.
